HAEFELY / HIPOTRONICS 880PL-DC HIPOT TESTER
The Haefely/Hipotronics 880PL-DC DC Hipot is a modern solution for testing the insulation strength of electrical apparatus. Outfitted with a state-of-the-art digital interface and extensive safety features, the 880PL-DC ensures simplistic operation, accurate results, and operator safety under all circumstances. It measures output voltage, leakage current, insulation resistance (IR), and polarization index (PI). Test parameters such as target voltage, maximum leakage, ramp rate, and dwell time are all easily adjustable with the 880PL-DC hipot tester.
The 880PL-DC Hipot features the most accurate kilovoltmeter readings regardless of load current. Voltage measurements are taken directly at the output of the high voltage transformer, while cur is measured at the return leg to ensure the highest accuracy. Output power is created through a full-wave, voltage multiplier. Safe operation is built in, with interlock, emergency stop, and battery backup for display meters if input power is lost. All models of the Haefely/Hipotronics 880PL-DC hipot testers are self-contained in a rugged and durable enclosure.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
