The Keithley 2460 is a high-current graphical SourceMeter that sources and measures up to 100 V and 7 A DC with 100 W of power. It combines a precision power supply, current source, 6½-digit DMM and electronic load, controlled from a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen. Typical applications include characterising power semiconductors, LEDs, batteries, solar cells and DC-DC converters, with SCPI and TSP scripting for automation.
