The Keithley 2461 is a high-current graphical SourceMeter rated to 100 V, 7 A DC and 10 A pulsed, with 1000 W pulse capability. Dual 18-bit, 1 MS/s digitisers capture transient behaviour alongside conventional source-measure readings, all controlled from a 5-inch touchscreen. It is well suited to testing power MOSFETs, IGBTs, LEDs and battery cells where high-current pulses must be measured accurately.
