The Keithley 2520 is a pulsed laser diode test system that performs LIV (light-current-voltage) characterization of laser diodes in a single instrument. It combines a pulsed current source with synchronised voltage measurement and two photodiode measurement channels, allowing devices to be tested under short pulses before thermal effects distort the results.
