The Keithley 263 SourceMeter offers ±10fA to ±20mA current output, ±5µV to ±20V voltage output, and exceptional precision with 0.03% current and 0.02% voltage accuracy. It features a 5.5-digit LED display, 2-lug triaxial output connectors, GPIB interface, and supports resistance measurements from 1 kOhm to 100000 MOhm with 0.40% accuracy.
Ideal for sourcing and measuring voltage/current/resistance with pushbutton ease, this benchtop unit includes 3 voltage and 11 current range steps, and operates up to 350Vpk common mode voltage.
