The Keithley 2635B is a single-channel System SourceMeter optimised for low-current measurements, with 0.1 fA resolution and a 200 V, 1.5 A DC (10 A pulse) range. It is suited to characterising low-leakage semiconductors, nanodevices and high-resistance materials, and supports TSP scripting and TSP-Link for building multi-channel test systems.
