The Keithley 4200A-SCS is a modular semiconductor parameter analyzer for DC I-V, C-V and ultra-fast pulsed I-V characterisation of materials, semiconductor devices and processes. Configurable with SMU, C-V (4210-CVU) and pulse (4225-PMU) modules, it is controlled through Keithley Clarius software with an extensive library of ready-made tests. It is widely used in semiconductor R&D, reliability and failure-analysis labs.
