The Keithley 4225-PMU Ultra-Fast I-V Module enables precision pulse and transient measurements using two independent voltage sources, each capable of 1V/ns slew rates and simultaneous voltage/current capture. It supports up to 200 MS/s sampling and 60 ns pulse widths.
This module integrates advanced waveform generation and low current sensitivity, with optional RPM add-on for extended ranges and signal multiplexing across DC SMUs, CVUs, and I-V channels.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
