The Keithley 6517B Electrometer / High Resistance Meter features 5½-digit resolution with ultra-sensitive measurements from 1fA to 20mA, 10μV to 200V, and resistances up to 10^16Ω. It includes a built-in ±1kV voltage source with sweep capability and a 200TΩ input impedance for precision in low current, high impedance environments.
Ideal for physics, optics, nanotechnology, and materials science, it supports autoranging, fast readings (up to 425/sec), and features a 50,000-point memory buffer. The 6517B simplifies resistivity testing of insulating materials.
