The Keithley 8010 High Power Device Test Fixture supports testing up to 3000V or 100A, safely connecting high-power and low-power SourceMeter units for complex semiconductor characterization. It allows simultaneous use of six SMU instruments, including Models 2657A, 2651A, and others from Series 2600A or 4200-SCS.
Equipped with interlock capabilities and integrated protection circuits, it includes both high voltage and high current test sockets, supporting TO-247, TO-220, axial lead, and customizable configurations.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Where VAT is charged, a rate of 23% is applied.
