The Keithley DMM6500 Digital Multimeter features a 5-inch capacitive touchscreen, 15 measurement functions including capacitance and temperature, and a digitizing speed of up to 1 MS/sec. It supports SCPI and TSP scripting, and can emulate Keithley 2000 and Keysight 34401A SCPI, with measurement ranges from 10 pA to 10 A.
With optional scanner cards and wide-ranging input capabilities, it efficiently handles RTD, thermistor, and thermocouple-based temperature measurements, enabling multi-channel data logging with high precision.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
