The Keysight (Agilent) 41941B Impedance Probe Kit enables precise impedance evaluations up to 100 MHz when paired with the Keysight (Agilent) 4194A, eliminating errors from residual impedance and stray admittance using included calibration standards.
It supports impedance measurements across a wide 100 mΩ to 1 MΩ range with accuracy between 1.5% to 3%, and allows DC biased evaluations up to ±150V/0.5A or ±40V when used with internal sources.
