The Keysight (Agilent) 8563E Spectrum Analyzer operates from 9 kHz to 26.5 GHz with a noise floor of -148 dBm and RBW options from 1 Hz to 2 MHz. It features low phase noise, wide dynamic range, 1 Hz counter resolution, and MIL-rugged design. Digitally-implemented bandwidths and a 5:1 shape factor enable accurate, fast sweep measurements, with options for ACPR, time-gated analysis, and precision amplitude corrections.
Ideal for R&D and manufacturing, it supports GSM, DECT, TDMA, and W-CDMA systems. Occupied bandwidth, spurious response, and pulse timing analyses are seamlessly handled via HP BenchLink PC software and built-in utilities.
