The Keysight B2981B Femto/Picoammeter is the world's only graphical picoammeter that allows you to confidently measures small currents with 0.01 fA (0.01 x 10-15 A) resolution. It possesses a 4.3 " color LCD with a graphical user interface that provides trend chart and histogram data in addition to numeric information. These front-panel capabilities enable you to capture transient behavior and perform quick statistical analyses without a PC.
In addition to these impressive measurement capabilities, the Keysight B2981B has easy-to-use and convenient measurement assist functions that permit users with limited or no electrical engineering training to perform complicated electrical characterization operations with ease. Even when operating in AC mode with 0.1 PLC integration time, the B2981B's advanced design provides cur measurement performance that is much better than conventional picoammeters.
