The Keysight (Agilent) EXR054A is a 4-channel, 500 MHz bandwidth digital oscilloscope with a 16 GSa/s sample rate and 100 Mpts/channel memory. It features 10-bit vertical resolution (up to 16-bit in high-res mode), a real-time update rate over 200,000 waveforms/sec, and a built-in 4-digit DVM and 10-digit counter. Its 15.6” full HD touchscreen supports dual displays.
This oscilloscope is ideal for advanced signal analysis, protocol debugging, and high-speed design verification. Options include bandwidth upgrades to 2.5 GHz, expanded memory, a 50 MHz waveform generator, and 16 digital channels.
