The Keysight (Agilent) 423B is a low-barrier Schottky diode detector designed for precise RF power measurements and leveling. It delivers excellent frequency response of ±0.3 dB and low SWR, with a sensitivity greater than 0.5 mV/µW. Operating from 10 MHz to 12.4 GHz, it supports up to 200 mW input power, and its video load option extends the square-law region to -10 dBm.
