The Keysight (Agilent) 54542A Digital Oscilloscope delivers high-resolution waveform analysis with a 500 MHz analog bandwidth across four channels and a sample rate of 2 GSa/s per channel. With 1 ns peak detection, 32 K acquisition memory per channel, and sequential single-shot acquisition, it is built to capture rapid, successive events in advanced electronic designs. A built-in 3.5" disk drive supports multi-format data saving directly from the unit.
Ideal for telecom, embedded system, and RF diagnostics, the 54542A supports active and SMT probing with options such as the 1145A 750 MHz probe and 1144A 800 MHz active probe. Optional telecom mask test software and ScopeLink software enable extended protocol verification and signal integrity validation.
