The Keysight (Agilent) 54659B Measurement Storage Module adds RS-232 & parallel interface capabilities to Agilent 54600B-series scopes and the 54645A/D models. It also supports I/O with the 54620A/C logic analyzers. With FFT functionality, it allows detailed signal analysis in the frequency domain.
This module provides remote programming, enables unattended waveform monitoring, and stores up to 100 nonvolatile waveforms. Ideal for enhanced data acquisition and analysis.
