The Keysight (Agilent) 81130A Pulse Data Generator Mainframe delivers flexible, high-precision pulse generation when paired with either one or two 81131A or 81132A output modules. Configured with 81131A modules, it supports frequencies from 1 kHz to 400 MHz; with 81132A, it extends performance to 660 MHz and 1.32 Gbps. Each configuration supports dual-channel operation but only with identical module types. It features large 64 kbit segmentable memory, pattern and burst modes, and advanced PRBS generation for high-speed digital logic testing.
The 81130A offers EXOR channel addition, variable delays, and four independent timing eyes for shaping nearly arbitrary pulses in a single output. Pattern generation ranges from 80 MHz to 660 MHz, enabling clean, reliable signals across demanding serial data protocols. Its integrated PLL oscillator, precision timing engine, and autoset display interface make it ideal for modern digital and communication testing.
