The Keysight (Agilent) 8114A is a single-channel high power pulse generator offering fast, clean positive or negative pulses up to 100 V at frequencies up to 15 MHz. It features user-definable voltage, current, and duty cycle limits, with TTL input control for output enable/disable. It provides transitions of less than 12 ns into a 50 Ohm load, and < 7 ns in 50 Ohm/50 Ohm mode with a max voltage of 50 Vpp. Optional baseline shift of ±25 V supported.
Designed for modern telecom and computing systems, it supports components like laser diodes and EEPROMs requiring high voltage/current operations. It delivers up to 2 A max current in HI-Z/50 Ohm configuration.
