The Keysight (Agilent) 8169A Polarization Controller enables precise transformation of any polarized or unpolarized light source into defined polarization states via single-mode fiber. It employs bulk-optic zero-order waveplates and a linear polarizer to ensure high accuracy and minimal wavelength dependency. With ±0.09° Poincaré Sphere repeatability and ±0.1°/nm wavelength deviation, it supports demanding test setups and broad spectral ranges.
Ideal for use with tunable lasers in Mueller Matrix analysis, the 8169A features auto-scanning, Plug&Play drivers, and Photonic Foundations Library compatibility for efficient polarization measurements and analysis workflows.
