The Keysight (Agilent) 86105A features dual measurement channels: one optical and one electrical, each with 12.4 GHz and 20 GHz selectable bandwidths. The optical channel includes switchable filters for SDH/SONET compliance at data rates from 155 Mb/s to 9.953 Gb/s and offers calibration at 1310 nm and 1550 nm. The 20 GHz electrical input accepts signals up to ±2 Vdc with low rms noise.
This module is ideal for analyzing high-speed optical waveforms, evaluating transceiver performance, and testing with external optical receivers, supporting 1000-1600 nm wavelengths.
