The Keysight (Agilent) 87511A S-Parameter Test Set enables accurate S-parameter measurements of 2-port devices across a frequency range of 100 kHz to 500 MHz. It features 50 Ω test ports, with connector types including 7 mm (Option 800) and N-type female (Option 001). Directivity exceeds 35 dB from 300 kHz to 500 MHz, supporting measurements with high precision. Controlled via the Agilent 8751A, the test set operates up to 20 dBm output power.
Ideal for RF applications, the 87511A is designed for precise impedance and signal analysis, enhancing lab and field measurement capabilities. Calibration kits are not included.
