The Keysight (Agilent) E8241A Signal Generator offers a frequency range of 250 kHz to 20 GHz with 0.01 Hz resolution and delivers up to +20 dBm at 20 GHz. It ensures precise performance with level accuracy of ±0.7 dB and low phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz at 20 kHz offset. Enhanced noise performance is available with Option UNJ, improving offset at 1 kHz to -98 dBc/Hz.
Ideal for high-power device testing, it eliminates external amplifiers and supports digital sweep modes with user flatness correction. Compatible with frequency extension to 110 GHz.
