The Keysight (Agilent) N5193A-520 MXG Analog Signal Generator offers a frequency range of 100 kHz to 20 GHz, delivering excellent phase noise of ~–107 dBc/Hz at 3 GHz with a 20 kHz offset. It supports output power levels from –20 dBm to +11 dBm, extendable to +18 dBm with options. Designed for speed and versatility, it features ≤ 5 ms switching time and supports AM, FM, PM, and pulse modulation types.
This generator is equipped with GPIB, USB, and LAN interfaces, compliant with LXI standards, making it ideal for automated testing environments and high-performance RF applications.
