The Keysight (Aglient) N6733B is a 50 W basic DC power module offering programmable voltage up to 20 V and current up to 2.5 A, with ±0.1 % + 20 mV voltage and ±0.15 % + 20 mA current accuracy, low ripple (3 mV rms, 14 mV p‑p) and GPIB, LAN, USB plus LXI compliance.
Ideal for powering DUTs or ATE systems, it supports both N6700 Low‑Profile Modular Power System and N6705 DC Power Analyzer with over 20 module options from 20 W to 300 W.
