The Keysight (Agilent) N6752A is a 100 W autoranging DC power module offering low noise, high accuracy, and rapid programming speeds, outperforming standard supplies by up to 50 times. It features a high-speed test extension with oscilloscope-like digitizer, ideal for precise measurements of fast transients in DUTs.
Compatible with N6700 and N6705 systems, it supports GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI interfaces, with over 20 module options from 20–500 W. Output: 50 V, 10 A, 100 W. Ripple: 4.5 mV peak-to-peak.
