The Keysight (Agilent) N6761A is a 50 W precision DC power module designed for low noise operation and high accuracy in current and voltage measurements. It supports digitization of voltage and current simultaneously and includes an oscilloscope-like data buffer for capturing measurement data. With option 2UA, it can measure down to 1 µA, ideal for leakage and sleep-mode current applications.
Compatible with both the compact N6700 system and the versatile N6705 DC Power Analyzer, the N6761A supports GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI Class C standards, and integrates seamlessly into ATE or bench setups.
