The Keysight (Agilent) N6766A is a 500 W precision DC power module offering exceptional accuracy, low noise, and simultaneous voltage-current digitization. It measures down to microampere levels, supports oscilloscope-style data buffering, and delivers voltage up to 60 V and 17 A current.
Ideal for ATE and bench testing, it integrates with N6700 and N6705 systems and includes GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI interfaces. Programming accuracy is 0.03% + 12 mV for voltage and 0.075% + 4 mA for current.
