The LeCroy 9101 is a standalone single-channel arbitrary waveform generator with up to 100 MHz sine/triangle and square wave output, 8-bit resolution, and ±1% DC accuracy. It supports ramp generation with periods from 40 ns to 100 s and operates on both 115 VAC and 220 VAC power sources.
Ideal for automated test applications, the LeCroy 9101 supports dual-channel waveform files (runs channel 1 only) and fits seamlessly into ATE or test-bench environments.
