The Tektronix LPD64 is a 2U low-profile digitizer based on the 6 Series MSO platform, built for automated test, rack systems and multi-channel RF and high-speed measurements. It has 4 analog channels sampling at 25 GS/s with a 12-bit ADC, and Spectrum View with digital down-conversion on every channel.
Bandwidth is set by option, and the LPD64 is available at 1 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, 6 GHz, 8 GHz. Each configuration has its own listing in the Available configurations table on this page.
