The Tektronix LPD64 6-BW-6000 is the 6 GHz bandwidth configuration of the LPD64, a 4-channel 6 Series Low Profile Digitizer: a 2U low-profile digitizer based on the 6 Series MSO platform, built for automated test, rack systems and multi-channel RF and high-speed measurements.
Bandwidth is set by software option, so the LPD64 can be ordered at 1 GHz, 2.5 GHz, 4 GHz, 6 GHz, 8 GHz. This listing is for the 6 GHz unit (option 6-BW-6000). For other bandwidths, see the LPD64 overview page.
