The Rohde and Schwarz FPS40 Spectrum Analyzer offers a frequency range up to 40 GHz and signal analysis bandwidth up to 160 MHz, with only 0.4 dB level uncertainty below 7 GHz. It delivers outstanding performance with –110 dBc (1 Hz) phase noise, –155 dBm DANL at 1 GHz, and +15 dBm TOI. Measurement applications include GSM/EDGE, WCDMA/HSPA+, LTE, WLAN, and vector signal analysis.
