The Rohde & Schwarz NRP50SN is a three-path diode power sensor with a measurement range from 100 pW to 100 mW and frequency coverage from 50 MHz to 50 GHz using a 2.4 mm male connector. It integrates three diode paths to optimize detection accuracy regardless of modulation type.
It offers a 93 dB dynamic range, intelligent averaging, USBTMC for integration, and built-in trigger I/O. Detachable cables ensure flexibility and ease of use.
