The Rohde & Schwarz RTA4004 is a 4-channel, 200 MHz digital oscilloscope equipped with a 10-bit ADC and offers up to 16-bit resolution. It supports up to 5 GSa/s and deep memory with 100 Msample per channel or 200 Msample interleaved.
