The Rohde & Schwarz RTC1002 + RTC-B221 is a 2-channel digital oscilloscope from the RTC1000 series with a 100 MHz bandwidth and 2 GSPS sampling rate. Featuring 2 Mpts memory depth, a 6.5" VGA color display, and high-performance protocol analysis, it combines oscilloscope, logic and protocol analyzer, frequency analyzer, and more into one compact unit. It includes R&S®RT-ZP03 passive probes, a waveform generator, and multiple interface options including USB and LAN.
This all-in-one oscilloscope supports I2C, SPI, UART/RS232/RS422/RS485, CAN, and LIN protocols. It's optimized for minimal bench space and fast operation with 50ppm timebase accuracy and 10000 waveforms/s update rate.
