The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1204 is a 4-channel, 2 GHz digital oscilloscope with 5 GSa/s per channel and up to 200 MSa memory in single-channel mode. It features a single-core A/D converter, up to 16-bit vertical resolution, and maintains full bandwidth even at 500 µV/div. Its high acquisition rate of one million waveforms/s and digital trigger system make it ideal for capturing rare signal anomalies with precision.
This oscilloscope is supplied with four 500 MHz passive voltage probes and offers excellent time resolution and deep memory, perfect for complex signal analysis.
