The Rohde and Schwarz RTH1004 with RTH-B243 module is a high-performance handheld oscilloscope offering a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz, 10-bit ADC resolution, and an impressive 5 Gsample/s sampling rate. With memory depth of up to 500 ksample and 50 Msample segmented memory, it ensures precise signal analysis. The four isolated channels are rated CAT IV 600 V (RMS) / CAT III 1000 V (RMS), making it ideal for demanding environments.
