The Rohde and Schwarz FPS13 Spectrum Analyzer features frequency coverage up to 40 GHz with 160 MHz signal analysis bandwidth, offering 0.4 dB level measurement uncertainty up to 7 GHz. Its high dynamic range includes –155 dBm DANL at 1 GHz and –110 dBc/Hz phase noise at 10 kHz offset.
