The Rohde & Schwarz RTE1024 Digital Oscilloscope features 4 channels, 200 MHz bandwidth, and a 5 GSa/s sampling rate per channel, providing high-fidelity waveform capture. Its memory depth reaches 50 MSa per channel and up to 200 MSa in single-channel mode. With a single-core A/D converter, it achieves up to 16-bit vertical resolution, even at 500 µV/div, and includes four 500 MHz passive voltage probes.
This oscilloscope excels in high-resolution time-domain measurements, accurate digital triggering, and detecting elusive signal anomalies with a waveform rate of one million per second.
