The Rohde & Schwarz RTM1054 is a 4-channel, 500 MHz high-performance digital oscilloscope offering 2.5 and 5 GSa/s on half of the channels, 8-bit resolution, and a rise time of 700 ps. It features 50 Ω or 1 MΩ input impedance, a 4/8 Ms/s memory, and a time base range from 1 ns/div to 50 s/div, all on a vibrant Color XGA LCD screen.
Equipped with automatic measurements, cursors, BUS decoder, LAN, dual USB ports, and optional IEEE GP-IB, the RTM1054 is ideal for high-speed signal analysis and mixed-signal debugging applications.
