The Tektronix 80C02 EOS/ESD Protection Module safeguards electrical sampling inputs from electro-overstress (EOS) and electro-static discharge (ESD), critical for cable and TDR circuit board testing applications. It integrates with TDS8000, CSA8000, CSA11000, and CSA803 series sampling oscilloscopes.
Providing single-channel input protection, it supports high-speed electrical signal analysis and circuit board controlled impedance testing by plugging directly into and drawing power from the oscilloscope's mainframe.
