The Tektronix 80C14 is a broad wavelength optical sampling module (700–1650 nm) designed for multirate testing at 8G, 10G, and 16G speeds. It supports key telecom and datacom standards, including 10GbE, 40GbE-R4, 100GbE-SR10, and Fibre Channel rates up to 14.025 Gb/s. Featuring an amplified O/E converter, it delivers high optical sensitivity and excellent signal-to-noise performance.
This module is ideal for examining low-level optical signals and is compatible with a wide range of bit rates such as 9.953, 10.664, and 12.5 Gb/s for telecom testing.
