The Tektronix 80E04 is a dual-channel TDR sampling module with 12 ps incident and 23 ps reflected rise time, offering 7 ps acquisition rise time and up to 20 GHz equivalent bandwidth. Each channel has independent step polarity, ideal for differential, common mode TDR, and S-parameter testing.
Designed with independent step generation and receiver deskew, it enables accurate true differential measurements and fixture de-embedding for precise high-speed interconnect analysis using IConnect® software.
