The Tektronix A622 is a 100A AC/DC current probe designed for use with Tektronix oscilloscopes and digital multimeters. Utilizing Hall effect technology, it delivers voltage output via a BNC connector, compatible with TPS2000, TDS1000B, TDS2000C, TDS3000C oscilloscopes and DMM4020, DMM4040, DMM4050 multimeters. Features include a 50mA–100A range, 10mV/A and 100mV/A output, DC–100kHz bandwidth, and 11.8mm conductor diameter support.
Suitable for electrical diagnostics and accurate current measurements, it supports high-voltage applications up to 600V CAT III with reliable certifications: UL3111-2-032, CSA1010.2.032, EN61010-2-032, IEC61010-2-032.
