The Tektronix AA 5001 is a programmable Distortion Analyzer in a TM 5000 plug-in, offering THD, gain/loss, SNR, and audio level measurements. Its 3½ digit LED display provides direct readings with no manual adjustments, ranging from 10 Hz to 100 kHz with harmonic detection up to 300 kHz.
Equipped with four switchable filters and an auto-ranging voltmeter from 200 µV to 200 V, the AA 5001 also features residual noise < 3 µV and HP-IB compatibility for programmability.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
