The Tektronix AFG2020 Arbitrary Function Generator delivers high-precision signal outputs with 12-bit resolution and a 250 MHz clock. It supports various waveform types including sine (up to 100 MHz), square (up to 50 MHz), and triangle/ramp/pulse (up to 31.2 MHz). Additional capabilities include internal/external modulation, 16 arbitrary waveforms, and a second channel option for independent execution.
Ideal for testing and analysis, the AFG2020 allows direct DSO waveform transfers and offers built-in sweep and trigger delay features. It supports advanced modulation modes such as AM, FM, PSK, and FSK.
