The Tektronix AFG31151 offers 1 µHz to 150 MHz frequency range on a single channel, with a maximum 2 GS/s sample rate and 16 MSa depth per channel. Its 14-bit resolution ensures precise output from 1 mVp-p to 5 Vp-p into 50 Ω, and the 9-inch capacitive touchscreen provides intuitive control and real-time waveform monitoring via InstaView. It supports advanced sequencing (up to 256 steps) and includes built-in waveform creation capabilities.
