The Tektronix AFG 5501 Programmable Arbitrary/Function Generator features standard and arbitrary waveform generation capabilities from 1 µHz to 12 MHz. It includes Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp Up/Down, DC, and complex waveforms. This unit integrates the AFG 5101 into a three-wide GPIB module, although the sine wave output is non-functional. It supports full programmability via front panel or GPIB.
Ideal for accurate real-world simulation, the AFG 5501 provides linear, logarithmic, and arbitrary sweep modes, with waveforms stored in two 12-bit, 8K memories. Triggering can be internal, manual, or GPIB-controlled.
