The Tektronix AWG2040 is a 1 GS/s Programmable Waveform Generator designed for precision signal creation. It features a 5.2" x 3.9" display, supports arbitrary, pulse, ramp, sine, square, and triangle waveforms, and delivers a 1 GSa/s sampling rate with a waveform length of up to 1,000,000 points. With 0.001% frequency accuracy, 7-digit resolution, and 0.0001% output accuracy, it is ideal for demanding signal testing environments.
It includes one output channel, auxiliary I/O, and a user-friendly UNIX interface with NOVRAM and FDD storage. The unit offers ±2V output, 50 Ohm impedance, and supports universal power input with a 3V battery backup.
